Semi-Private Sessions

Share all the benefits of personal training with a buddy. With a maximum of 2-3 people per session, each person is guided through their own personal workout. You and your partners progress at your own pace.

Small Group Personal Training

Small group training allows up to 8 people work out, set goals and celebrate together. Each session features a workout of the day along with instructions to make it your own by increasing or decreasing the intensity.

Group Classes

Get inspiration, motivation and lots of perspiration with high energy group classes. Enjoy your favorite classes from Pound® to bootcamp, strength training, conditioning and Piyo®. All designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

Owner and Trainer

LaDonna Spivey founded Kingdom Fitness Gulf Coast to help others maximize their health and fitness results through personalized service. For some that might mean traditional personal training and group fitness instruction. For others it might include drawing on their faith to overcome mental and spiritual hurdles.

A Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) and Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA), LaDonna believes we are all designed for a unique purpose. The best way to fulfill that purpose is with a healthy mind, body and spirit.
